To serve as your registered advisor representative and / or licensed insurance agent, we require certain personal information from you. This information assists you in finding, and if you so choose, applying for financial services and / or insurance or other products that may interest you and your family. We will also use your contact information to contact you about our services. In this regard, we may use phone numbers you provide to send you telephone or text messages about your application or account. These messages may be automatically sent through an artificial or prerecorded voice, or other automation technology.

As we use it in this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device, such as your name, telephone number, physical address, email address, Social Security number, credit card number, and any information about your health or medical history that you may provide us in a health insurance application or any financial or other sensitive personal information that you may provide us in an application to obtain an advanced premium tax credit (or “subsidy”) determination from the government.

TMC uses third party service providers and at times shares information with them. We may share your information in the following general scenarios:

These providers help us operate our website, deliver emails and SMS messaging, provide phone and AI support, maintain our agency management system, provide customer support, provide transactional support, and perform marketing services,  These providers may have access to your contact details, limited health information, transaction information and limited usage data to perform services on our behave and are not allowed to use this information for their own purposes.

HIPAA Compliance

When Protected Health Information (PHI) is collected, it is used solely for insurance-related services and safeguarded using appropriate administrative, technical, and physical protection in accordance with HIPAA.

SMS, Calling & TCPA Consent

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls, prerecorded messages, and SMS/text messages from TMC using automated technology, including AI-assisted systems and our phone provider (such as Nextiva).

TMC will not share or sell mobile numbers. The purposes of any SMS texts an individual has subscribed to receiving will be limited to TMC promotional communications. administrative updates, transactional messages, support communication, and reminders. TMC will not communicate sensitive account or business information via text. TMC will not engage in messaging “spamming,” and message frequency will generally be limited to communicating as TMC business needs indicate.  Message and data rates may apply. Users may opt out of receiving SMS texts at any time by replying STOP to texts received.

Call Recording Disclosure

Calls may be recorded or monitored for security, quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes, including calls handled by AI or routed through our business phone system (e.g., Nextiva).

Opting Out of Further Communication

While we aim to make it as easy as possible for you to talk directly with our representative, we will honor your request not to be contacted further. Digital Advertising, Web Sessions Recording Technologies &  Web Analytics
