SMS, Calling & TCPA Consent
By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls, prerecorded messages, and SMS/text messages from TMC using automated technology, including AI-assisted systems and our phone provider (such as Nextiva).
TMC will not share or sell mobile numbers. The purposes of any SMS texts an individual has subscribed to receiving will be limited to TMC promotional communications. administrative updates, transactional messages, support communication, and reminders. TMC will not communicate sensitive account or business information via text.
